Administration

Darrell McReynolds, Principal at Northpointe Intermediate School has been with Tomball ISD since 1986. Mr. McReynolds has also served as principal and assistant principal at two elementary schools in the District. Before moving to Tomball, he was an upper elementary teacher for eleven years in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Mr. McReynolds completed his Masters of Arts degree in elementary administration from the University of Iowa in 1980 after receiving his Bachelors of Science degree from a small Christian liberal arts college in Missouri in 1975. He is very active with his church, community, and family. “What’s best for children?” is the question that drives Darrell McReynolds educational goals and administrative plans.
 

 

 

Debbie Lauersdorf, Assistant Principal at Northpointe Intermediate has been with Tomball ISD since 1998. Ms. Lauersdorf taught kindergarten for 9 years at Willow Creek Elementary and one year as English Second Language Specialist at Willow Creek Elementary and Northpointe Intermediate for grades kindergarten through sixth.

Ms. Lauersdorf completed her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2007 and her Administrative Certification from Region IV in Houston. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from Sam Houston State University.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, working out and spending time with family and friends. Her passion and commitment is to ensure student success.

 

 

Beth Pitts has been a counselor in Tomball ISD since 2006. She received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin at Superior in 1997. In May of 2007, she received a Master of Education in Counseling degree from Sam Houston State University. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Her overarching goal as counselor is to work in partnership with parents, staff, and the community to minister to the emotional, social, physical, and educational needs of our Northpointe family.
